    I used 1/2” R-max board from Lowe’s. 4x8 sheets, one man can easily put it up. A bucket of the red washer nails did my 28’x36’ shop with half a bucket left, all nailed to the trusses. Put the shiny side down, it helps reflect the lights better and helps with the heat in the winter.
