    seat lever knobs

I'm in the same boat, the drivers side lever that pushes back to flip the seat back forward has snapped off. I've looked around online and it might be a salvage/junk yard find kind of part.

issues after swapping valve body and shifter, 727

well it looks like the throttle valve lever (kickdown arm) didnt really change that much throughout the life of the 727, I pulled one off of a mid 90's Ram van, I had to make a minor modification to it. they changed the way the kickdown cable attaches to the arm. The newer models have a ball on...

where did you get your replacement seat covers from?

I've called twice now, you check the status at any time from an email they send you after ordering. The orders are updated every Mon. If legendary has the covers I need then I'm canceling the pro fit order. Thanks for the info.

where did you get your replacement seat covers from?

I ordered new seat covers for a split bench seat back in April from Pro Fit, I'm still waiting. Like the title says, who did you use for seat covers, how long did it take, where you happy with the experience?

issues after swapping valve body and shifter, 727

may have a throttle lever, went to the local junk yard and went on the hunt. they only stock late model cars, late 80's up. I found a full size ram van that looked similar to the older 727 setup. I did notice that the end of the throttle lever had a ball on the end and a plastic clip that...

Yeah its parked for now, I really wanted to take it out the weekend but I've read up alot from other sites that say the throttle valve lever, (kick down) is esential to the way the 727 shifts. Here is a pic of the ebay listing, again I need the throttle valve lever, I aint too proud to beg...

Thanks for the replies, the oem linkage off the trans for the kick down is gone. I do have the lokar kick down cable but there is nothing on the trans for it to hook up to. Thats my issue right now. I did find one on ebay that I think will work, I'll post a link later tonight for some input as...

issues after swapping valve body and shifter, 727

I had a shop recently replace a manual reverse valve body and B&M shifter and install a Turbo Action Cheetah forward manual/automatic valve body and a American Shifter. I noticed that the gear selection is really tight but also it seems like I only have either D and 2 or 1 and 2. When out...

340 with power brakes & power steering...

I want to add power brakes to my demon eventually but now I'm wondering how tough it would be to get access to the drivers side rear spark plug with a brake booster in the way. I recently changed the spark plugs in the demon. I ended up breaking half of them at the porcelain and the last one...

Here's where I'm at with my rental property. We have been landlords for almost 3 years. The neighborhood was going south, we had some family issues, and couldnt pass up the house we have now. Also we bought back in 04 with the intentions of flipping the house in a couple years, wrong! At first...

    demon bench seat covers **answered**

I guess I just wasnt use to the terminology used on the website for the seats. I needed to measure from the top of the insert on the back rest, the pleated vertical rows, to the top of the head rest, on mine it was a 9"
