    Hello!

Yesterday I went up to my friends house to square up on pay and paperwork. I was hoping to get some really nice glamour shots of the car but since I asked him if he could hold the car for a few months he packed it away behind his boat in storage so I really didn’t even get to look at the car...

"Repairing" Timken bearings---3rd world/ sandals (EDIT barefoot) version, o' course

Oh I do too! But in modern social media it’s all about how much money you have and how much you spend, and about how money is no issue.. it’s all a big lie and the younger generations fall for it. So they would rather have nothing than be accused of being on a budget.

"Repairing" Timken bearings---3rd world/ sandals (EDIT barefoot) version, o' course

The stupid car Tv shows and internet has taught the youth that unless it’s an 800hp motor with 20k in it don’t bother.. one of the reasons the classic car hobby is dying. I remember being a teen and having to hunt down all used crap on a budget, build the entire engine with $300, hopes and a $79...

LOL!! EV range not only reduced in cold, ALSO reduced in HEAT!!

Which is less likely to explode angry wife or blow up doll? It’s a trick question by the way

    Hello!

I will post one last non-mopar here. This was the last car my father built 17 years ago. He passed on about 7 years ago. Due to his health at the time it’s not the best build he did but I will keep it as-is. I keep it clean and that’s about it. I have never been a corvette fan at all and the...

"Repairing" Timken bearings---3rd world/ sandals (EDIT barefoot) version, o' course

It’s actually amazing to watch. There are a few 3rd world videos about building engines, lots of mix matching bearings, rings, rough sandpaper on a dirt floor and they actually run.. over here we stress about lint from paper towels while building a motor.

Car people can’t even have a discussion about EVs without it turning to crap. EV is the blow up doll of the car culture. If you love it please keep it to your self.

    Hello!

I never knew there was such a thing as restoring a fuel sender. I will look into it. Thank you. It will be a year before I touch the Dart. I have learned that I do better with one car at a time. For now I’m just going to gain knowledge and ask dumb questions.

    Hello!

Thank you.. every car I have has sentimental value. I have an obligation to keep this car original as promised and I will do so.

    Hello!

Everything works. It’s a slant 6 but I’m unsure of the size. Be patient haha I’m not a mopar expert by any means. I have been around Chevys my entire life and a few fords. And in my younger years mopar stuff was unobtainable if you were on a budget, I learned to steer clear of them. Here’s my...

    Hello!

He wanted a promise from me that i restore it all factory. I’m the only person who didn’t talk about chopping it up. The car is as base model as it gets, zero options other than an automatic, trunk appears to have never been used, has the original garbage bag on the dash installed by the...

Thank you! Yeah it was totally worth it. Especially to see them happy and thriving now. The first week I actually felt guilty keeping Toffee alive, I felt as if i was torturing her by doing so.. it was an emotional ride for sure.
