Bought the kit from silversport for over 4k with aluminum driveshaft. It took me over a year to install transmission and rebuilt engine. Drove car less than 300 miles and it **** the bed. The Dusters have alot more room for a bigger tire than the Darts. That will look good!

I put BF Goodrich 245/45/17 on the back and 225 on the front they are the g- force tires and are 25” diameter. Dimensions matched up close to factory.

I should have gone with a standard

I bought the transmission in 2021 got the car on the road last fall. Put a new front suspension under it this spring and was driving the car to get the front end aligned and it went out. I haven’t pulled it yet will probably do it this winter.

Stay away from the A41. I put one in my 70 dart 340 and got about 300 miles on it before it just let go. Don’t know if it’s the converter or transmission but it only had a one year warranty and it took me several years to get the car on the road so they would not help me at all.

Stay away from silversport auto 4 spd as I only got 400 miles out of mine

I put an HDK front end on and have lots of room for the 8” up front and no a 9” would not clear on the rear of a 70 dart without some modifications.

Trickflow heads and Harlan/sharp rockers. You did not go wrong!

70 340 with 17x8 Yearone ralleys

I have ralley wheels and BF Goodrich tires with 5x4” bolt pattern. 3 wheels are the 7” wheel and two are the 8” rims which 4.5” backspace. Tires are like new 215/70/14 front and 235/60/14 back. Took off my 70 swinger and put 17s on. Western pa. $400 Thanks
