I also noticed that some thought the car was campaigned out of Texas. On the bottom of the doors you can barely make out Phoenix AZ. The sticker on the car that says Denton Texas was the transmission builder. This is an original Phoenix AZ car.

I bought this Lancer about two years ago. I am in the middle of rebuilding the car. Keeping it as period correct as possible. It originally campaigned a 413, so naturally it now has a 440. Ill post pics later today. Pete
