I spent 23 years serving in the U.S Navy, seeing the world but always wanting to own another Mopar, as when i was younger i had, a 1967 GTX 440 4 SPEED Car, and a 1969 RoadRunner 440 4 speed car. I always wanted to get another 1967 GTX, but over here in the Philippines i have only seen 1 and he woundn't sell it.
You can't import older cars in here, so one day i found this 1969 Dodge Dart, and since i always liked Darts to a certain degree, i bought it for about 7000.00 USD, (Peso Rate) it was 400k but the rate was 53.50 to the dollar. So anyway i want to restore it put a V8 in it possibly a 426 Hemi or a 440 wedge, but a 408 Stroker isn't out of the question. I also have a chance to put a 5.7 Gen-3 Hemi in it as a guy is bring in a complete unit with Transmission and Computer box and other parts, total price is 5000.00 USD. Anyway looking forward to talking and learning about my New A BODY. Take care all.
