I have been running a GM HEI dizzy for 7 years now no issues, carry an extra module in glove box for insurance.

My 64 with 15x7 rallies with 205/70r15.

I use a temp spare from a Ford Crown Vic in my Valiant wagon which fits perfectly & it's about 1 inch in difference in height.
