Not to change the subject here, but looking at the picture of your engine compartment ( OP)... Do you have any kind of heat shield for your master cylinder? If not I would think seriously about adding one... since you're header tubes look really close to the M.C. you don't want your brake fluid...

What's the approximate length of those pieces?

After reading all these posts... the OP's question about the Orange Demon.... I think of my '72 Duster I owned for quite a few years, and sold about a year and a half ago. It was in similar condition as this Demon. The original paint was GY8 Goldleaf. When I got the car, it was painted a late...

That looks like Dan's Dart. And that is a picture of Woodward Ave. So most likely it's him, at the Woodward Cruise.

Great score on the Demon! Good luck with the project! BTW.... reading that newspaper article about the '68 Road Runner car crash... the driver, died ( Roger Hassick) Tony...survived with...two broken legs, a fractured foot, broken ribs, and most likely internal injury's to his organs. Sounds...

When was the car repainted? since there is green over spray all over the wiper mechanism/motor. What's with the goofy stripes? Are those painted on too, or decals?

Any interior pictures? Any pictures of the undercarriage? Is that rear stripe painted on, or is it removable? Do all interior gauges/lights work properly? Any rust on exterior panels? Thanks

Love the seats for your Demon! I have always liked the "hounds tooth" pattern style on car seats. My very first car, was a '75 Newport, that had Navajo Indian style pattern.. velour seats, that was a CRAZY looking factory interior!
