Ok !! So my 380hp ( 400hp/440 tq ) crate duster's holley is shot ( 650 cfm : 4777 ) d.pumper , and im looking for another one...a 750 cfm dp would be better i think ? , So i bought a 750 cfm edelbrock for my stock 5.9 magnum ( 300hp/400 tq ) that goes in the big 68 fury , should i put a 4160...

Barracuda / duster : 318 2bbl carter bbd " drag racing

I tought that it was impossible beside the oval track racing cars.... ive found some 2bbl dusters and barracuda with 318s and 2bbls , i was quite surprised , lots of chevys of course but its fun to see that you can run with à tint 318 and à 2bbl and have respectable set ups ! Any of you guys saw...

People always told me to keep the small ports on a 318 , that smaller ports = more velocity/Torque....i understand performance and mods...but the 318s is a very différent animal :) , especialy when you always had 340s and 360s ! I just wanted à nice 318 in the big fury...if a Ford 302 could move...

Hi Tim :) i would love to havea nice cruiser with good mpg , it sounds silly but if i can get the most of it i would be very happy...always heard bad stories with the as mega gas guzzler....

I have the 318 in my fury ( 71 engine ) and i have a 77 360 on a stand , i was thinking of milling the heads ( 360 ) to put on the 318 to help me out with the choice of big ports 340/360 aluminium intakes... will it bump up the compression to 8-9ishhh compare of loosing some ( 7-ishh ) thx guys...
