Salvage yard no computer old school

I have a 72 dart without ac the blower motors going bad fast. I found one in a 73 scamp would these interchange? I can get the whole box if necessary.

I definitely hear and understand you all that's why I'm here getting your advice. Now dose anyone have a decent set of heads? I can grind my own seats and valves if they need guides i have a guy that can do those. I don't have many mopar guys in my neck of the woods.
