I found out their secret handshake by accident by shaking one of ems hand and then he jumped back and looked at me (was like 25 at the time) and started scratching the back of his head and all but bowed down to me.

There's like 3 or 4 of those handshakes. I guess it depends on the level you are.
It's been suggested to me to ask to become a Mason, but I've got enough on my plate. I don't have the time to be a decent member and wouldn't want to be one of those that don't participate.

+1 My Grandpa was one for many years and was very high from what my uncles tell me. They said I should "tryout".

The one I stumbled across was evediently signifying that I was THE high Llama LOL and at such a young age, there was two of em and one was introducing me to the other, both were foremen where I worked and both of ems jaws hit the ground. A few years later I had found a Masons hand book from a lodge in Oklahoma dating around 1920 ish, some very interesting reading, dont think I would like to be initiated in from what I read. A doctor was to be present, a steel table, jumper cables and some electricity was involved.......hey sounds kinda kinky.

Thanks for the replies, I know there is a lot more of us out there.

Thanks Kenny

I'm bumping this up one more time, would like to find all the A Body stone cutters we have.

Kenny.

Glad this was started. I'm not a Mason but my father was and I have his ring. I don't know what "degree" he was or what any symbology on the ring means. I just don't know what to do with the ring. There's no son to pass it on to and I darn sure aren't going to take it to a pawn shop.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm at work and can't get on the site very often so please PM me or bargeahead@peoplepc.com . Thank You
