can anyone point me towards an oil pan/pickup that will clear a 4" stroke with a little more capacity, maybe 7 qts or so? thanks Mike :read2:

Mike look at the Kevco pans, good fit for the street, baffles, scrapers etc.. That is what I run on my 416 buddy

What he said. I run the Kevco M301 with their pickup. Great product and does not hang below k frame. Also, you don't need a windage tray since it has built in baffles and crank craper. Clears the 4" crank by a mile. The pan itself is 6 quarts then add some for your oil filter capacity.

I ran a Milodon 7 qt. on my '70 duster when i had the 416 in it,i had to notch the k-member about 1' by 1" to clear one of the corners,other then that excellent product..

Good thing about the Kevco is you won't have to knotch anything to make it fit.
