I loved the 55/56 body (had a 56 Dodge D-500 Hard top). "The 300 million dollar look" Look close and you can see the "Hi-way Hi-Fi" record player. Ran at 16 RPM.

My Dad had a 56 Fury 3 on the tree. Would love to have one.

57-59 Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth and Desoto's where hot looking cars to me...So low and sleek looking.

I have to admit this is the first time I have ever seen a picture or heard of that option.....Sure have come a long way in terms of sound systems!!

Yep;I had a 58,hiway hi fi.Loads of room,I remember putting Dodge Lancer hubcaps on the Plymouth.Had to buy one "wide oval" at a time, kinda poor.

Years ago I almost bought a 58 Le Baron Imperial-I just could not get past the name of the guy selling it-Captain Bondo out in Riverside or San Bernardino.
