Santa Maria, CA,

-
Yea,I live 15 minutes away,we used to street race on the outskirts of Santa Maria for years.

Was stationed @ Vandenburg AFB for 2 years. Been quite a while tho, as I'm retired from the A.F. Would love to come out and visit the area and see exactly how much the area has changed, and see if I could find any good junk yards to tromp around in. More and more, some larger yards aren't allowing you to go into them. Crushing even more too. Then others, are just cleaning up and closing... SAD!

Wow Mopar locals,I am impressed!Fastnos, I am from Arroyo Grande. My father got a job in 73 at VAFB as a aerospace computer analyst. We usd to street race out on S20 from 94 to 01.Yes, the main yards are all still there,Lompoc hasn't changed.S.M exploding,over100,000 in town now.Flyboy, got any toys?Still trying to install a 360 mag in my 72 Valiant.

There is a guy there selling a M1 manifold, I contacted him about it and he won’t ship international. I was hoping if I buy it someone living in or near Santa Maria could pick it up for me and send it over to Australia for me. I know it`s asking a bit but there hard to get over here second hand. It`s $85.00 to Australia using USPS

Possibly, how do we handle the monetary end of it?I will check with usps Monday, and get back to you on this link.

I can Pay with PayPal, I will send it as a gift, And I will throw in a few extra bucks for fuel if the deal goes through
