yes, but whos buisness is it to be a hero and rat out the neighbour?

who gives him the right to take control in a situation that does NOT involve him, nor harm him,

he obviously feels like he betrayed his neighbour, and feels guilt, he knows what he did was wrong, hence the post.

i hope his neighbour is linked to this forum and reads this.
