:profiler: I was planning on reusing the stock balancer in my 360 build, but recently have been looking at a new one by Pro Race (Aussie company -$120.00). Any one familiar with their products? I like the timing marks, but to be honest I mostly think a new balancer looks cool:happy6: My shop said they would inspect the old one to see if its reusable, and they are going to balance it along with the crank and everything else. However I have heard of 40 year old balancer's flying apart... I don't really like the sound of that! :bom:

COuld just get the SFI Rated one from summit, I am using the Pioneer as are a lot of guys.

I've got the pro-race and am very happy with it. It has a "captured" inertia ring and is SFI approved. They actually make two identical versions, except one is made in China and the other Australia. IIRC, they're both machined in Australia. Of course, the Aussie one is over $300 vs about half that for the Chinese one.
