Question for you guys running an Eddy RPM intake. I am trying to get the throttle cable and kick down set-up and having difficulties. What is everyone doing with these intakes to get the throttle to work correctly with the kick down? I have 2 styles of brackets and linkages. the 1 piece linkage is too short to work with it and the 3 piece linkage will work if I make an extension for it, but I have full kick down at about 1/2 throttle. If I adjust it out to get full throttle the kickdown only goes near half way. Is there a special bracket to use with the Eddy RPM or am I doing something very wrong?

lokar is in my car! lol there great u get the throtle cable and bracket and u have to get the new kickdown its a great setup

Thanks, I also just figured out that I have 2 barrel throttle brackets. I just bought a 4 barrel bracket off e-bay. Hopefully it will help me more.

You can make your own adjustable linkage piece that connects to the carb from the kickdown rod. I made mine from a Lowes LH/RH turnabuckle $1.69 which works great for fine tuning. I used an old carb linkage rod from another Mopar and modified it.

Sorry don't have a pic of it right now.
