A local guy just posted a 10.28 quarter in his Charger this fall. Running factory 8v head and exhaust manifold, stock bottom end in his 2.2. Of course turbo/clutch/slicks and a few other things are done, but he drives it to and from the track, gets over 30mpg. :) Full interior to boot, and of course street legal.
