bolt in sprag?

-
Thats one of them. If you look in the tech section I did a tech on how to install that exact one. There other types that one is a 4 bolt there are some 6 bolt ones as well. That is the only one I seen that doesn't involve drilling and tapping the case.

trans is at a shop anyway just rounding up parts. I read directions on shift kits and ran scared from doing it myself. I cant afford to mess it up :/

Ehh step by step is what it takes. Start from the beginning and do each step as they come up. I did my first trans rebuild and shift kit and it went good.

To the place you said. The son is working on it but I talked to the old guy for almost two hours looking at his rat rod and hearing his storys

Dumb question I know but want to make sure. Is this the bolt in sprag people are telling me to get?

That is an absolute waste of money unless you have already spun the outer race in your case.

Why are you switching to a bolt in ?

the bolt in to buy is either the one made by A+A or Coan , they have extra rollers and are virtually impossible to fail. , they aren't cheap though , almost $200.
