I don't really know of any (I rarely use a shop for any work), but you can call R&R Automotive in Visalia. They appear to have a good reputation. What shop did you use here (Fresno)?
Fresno Performance out on Parkway Drive. Sad thing is I was talking to one of the mechanics out there and was having a good time. The guy was telling me about all the things they could do for me and then the boss comes over. He was a nice guy, so I shouldn't hold it against him too much. But really turned me off when the first thing he says when he sees my engine is that he would throw the carb in the garbage.
