I have a '75 Scamp and I was just looking under the hood the other night and I don't really like how it sorta looks cluttered n not very neat. So I was just wondering, what all is necessary and what can be removed and still be driven daily?

well, there may or not be smog equipment equipped, i dont know the laws in kentucky, but you may be able to remove all that stuff, along with the charcoal canister if you no longer have to smog a vehicle that old...maybe post a pic or two...

Lol idk where to begin ton of little things I would yank off there and just me but I just pulled my power steering box out to in a duster it don't matter much even my girl drove it fine without it

what ? a little early to be hitting the egg nog isnt it ? lmao.... no power steering box? how do you steer LOL

I'll pry keep my ps but it'd be really nice to be able to clean it up n get it lookin better. Especially wiring.

Lol with two hands hey no chance in over correcting when drifting a corner now lol I really just like the stiffer steering I've took them off all my a bodies but never my b bodies they need that lol

here in colorado we have no emissions. so before i pulled my 6 out , i went crazy getting rid of 60 pounds of garbage. there are some vacuum lines you have to keep for the carb.

V8s are just so much more easier on the eyes LOL

Yup!! That's how I want my bay to look!!:)

73AbodEE, is that the air cleaner I bought from you?

follow his pic rip stuff off lol there is alot you can remove under that hood. and i dont actualy have my pump out just no belt lol for now might put in an electric pump later idk

merry Christmas to both you guys too. idk about everyone else but yanking all the old parts off is one of my favorite things to do as soon as i get a new mopar lol

Doing a complete re-wire of the vehicle actually is the one major thing that helps an engine bay look its best...

who needs ac that's what our vent doors are made for lol mine hadn't been opened in years my new carpet got a ton of leafs and pine needles on it the first time i opened them up rofl

Are the A/Cs worth keeping for a driver? I drove it last summer and having the windows down only helps so much.

if you really want it you should have vents under the dash and i use them works great for me and ac sucks a little hp but not much
