I was able to replace the rubber seal (bought from Steele Rubber) without disassembling the frame. I removed the window and frame from the car and removed the screw that holds the latch to the glass (at rear of window). This allows you to move the glass far enough to remove and replace the rubber seal. But, as stated before, if you need to replace the 'flocked' hinge seal you will need to disassemble the frame and good luck finding the flocked seal. I did not replace the flocked seal.
