stock brake cables w/ big brakes?

Will the stock cables work in my 71 Scamp with 11"x2.5" drums out of a B-body? If so, where can I find a front cable? I found rears no problem from NAPA.
 
I took a 7 1/4 rear out and put the B rear in with the larger brakes and I used the cable that was there. All I had to do was back off the adjustment some to compensate for the larger diameter brake.

Been there done that. The problem is your duster has the common 108" wheel base. My Scamp has an 111" wheel base. The cable is longer and not as common. I keep seeing cable packages on ebay but they list the scamp as a compatible vehicle as well as the 108" wheel base cars. So I don't wanna be bothered with returning a wrong cable.
 
I bought one at autozone for my duster but it is 3 inches too long so must fit a scamp or dart
Its a really nice piece and bought it on sale only 6 bucks shipped to me and has a coating on it to keep cable from rusting

Must of been a long time ago cause Autozone has no listing for the cable. I may have to take some measurements and find a cable to make work
