But ply30, if 68dodge paid you $65 for the part and didn't receive it, would you be willing to guarantee him that you will refund the FULL $65 back to him IF he helps you collect the $50 insurance from the postal service? I can understand your hesitating to refund any cash if he's unwilling to assist your efforts with the post office.
