I am looking for a nice but not perfect front bumper for my 73 duster. No dents or bends. I have a brand new, never been painted front fiberglass bumper I would trade for it, or add some cash if your bumper is nicer. I am getting ready to paint the car, so I will need the bumper in the next few weeks. I am still looking for a nice set of door panels for the 73 as well, or I will take a different year as long as they are complete set and will fit on a 73.

I have a either brand new or rechromed front bumper. I received it in a trade of some parts awhile back. PM me and I will try to get you some pictures. I'm Located in Auburn, AL.

I'm picking up a 74 Duster on Saturday (5/31). The pics look pretty good but I haven't seen it or found out if it's the shock type. Also we might ask here if anybody knows if the shock type bumper will fit on the 73 brackets?

Sounds good. Let me know when you get it. From the pictures it looks like it is in good shape. The bumper looks like it is the same. Not sure on the bracket or shock mount though.

No it we ill not fit
bolt pattern is different

You are saying that the shock type won't fit on a brackets type, correct? Not that a 74 duster bumper won't fit on a 73, correct? I am having a difficult time finding a 73 duster bumper. I may have to take the fiberglass one I have and just paint it silver for now.

74 will fit if it is the bracket type, shock type will not fit
also there is a slight difference in the looks of the bumpers
where the tag attaches to the bumper has a slightly different look
but no one will even know

Some good news here. It is the bracket type bumper. Do you need the brackets too? I need to look into shipping it. What's your zip? It may be easier to do a cash deal rather than having you ship back the fiberglass bumper.
