I have a 75 Dart with what looks to be pretty good wheel moldings. I haven't tried to get them off and I don't know for certain that 75 used the same part. Also Canada shipping would be a prob on a box that large.
 
Some hard to find , with no dents and extra holes drilled in them .I have two front , but shipping would be terrible from N.B to B.C
 
I have a brand new set from Layson's that I bought for my Dart in 2005; $150 plus shipping from 67204.
