Heading down to Nashville and Memphis for my vacation. I am looking for the best BBQ in these two cities. Any suggestions.
 
In Nashville check out Etley's and B&C. I know there are others, but I've eaten at these several times. Always great.
 
While it's not strictly BBQ, Huey's in Memphis is a great restaurant. They have a little bit of everything, and an atmosphere that can't be beat!

For actual BBQ in Memphis, you can check this list. I lived in Memphis 20 years ago, but a lot of things have changed since then so my memories aren't entirely reliable.
 
Jacks Bar B Que. There are three locations but, when I eat lunch, I go to the trinity lane location. I've also been to the Charlotte ave location. You're from Toronto so, you know about safety in a big town. Have fun!

and i'm thinking they have a mopar show around Nashville in sept!??????
 
And they do things slow and easy down south, except when they drive on the back roads... LOL
