I saw this, and assumed not.
16.00 UNDER BODY
16.01 Underside of vehicle needs to appear correct when viewed from ground level, 3 feet outside perimeter of the car.
Easy peasy with weld in's I can tell you for fact.
Mine are only about 1/4 below the subframes, and above the side of the body.
No way in hell are going to see them from 3 feet at ground level.
