I have a 70 Duster and it didn't have a headliner or bows in it when I got it well over 15 years ago. When I first built the car, I put a hard headliner in it from a 75 Duster. I want o go back with the original style and bought some bows and clips on ebay years ago. Today I learned that apparently mother Mopar changed designs on the bows at some point. My car has the three little holes that needs the bows with the dog-leg on the end. And of course, I bought the wrong ones. I have the ones that use the clips instead of the correct ones.
Here is my question: The car has 7 anchoring points with the 3 holes and looking at the aftermarket, it appears there are headliners for either 6 bows or 4 bows. I'm assuming the car is set up to receive either the 4 or 6 bow configuration. I'm also assuming that one of these configurations (4 bow?) used the hard sail panels. I need to know what I have to buy so any help would be great.
