-Set of 5 used OE 14" steel wheels - (some surface rust but will clean up nice)
$100 each new.
-2 NEW Cornell 1000 all season radials (195/75/14s). Less than 50 miles on these.
$100 each new and they are still new...
-3 used Armstrong Cornet all season radials (195/75/14s)

Are they 15" or 14" SBP
You are saying wheels are 15" but tires are 14"
 
The diameter of the wheel measures 15". They are coming off a 67 Barracuda with a slant 6.
 
Are you measuring the inner bead where the tire mounts to, or the lip edge that rests against the tire? The bead area is where you get the diameter of the rim, and can only be measured when the tire is off! If you are measuring with the tire on and measuring from lip edge to lip edge, you are not measuring the correct diameter! From the looks of the rims in the pic, they are 14x4.5", SBP rims!!
 
I believe you are correct. Thank you. I came to the same conclusion after doing some research. Hopefully I can correct my post... Thanks again.
