but you have plates welded in and not bolt holes?

Not sure what level of resto your looking for but if your changing to buckets just add the number of belts you want? You have already changed the seating arrangement?

However, the car came with seat belts from the factory it is a 1967. Lap belts became mandatory equipment in 1966. Shoulder belts in 1968, and i believe headrests in 1969 or 1970 per DOT regs. So yes it has threaded reinforcing plates for belts. Car was a basket case when i got it with lots of missing parts. I think they were gutting the interior to start making a dirt track car out of it. Only thing left inside it was the dash, door panels, steering column, and pedals.
