Help identifying steering column part

Hi, we're rebuilding my steering column and can't identify this part that's within the shaft. It's the little plastic tab on the left. Can someone identify this piece and tell me if anyone reproduces them? Thanks in advance!

The plastic piece is the part of the sheer pin that locks the two halves of the tube together, it keeps the column sections held together until it collapses on impact during a collision or until someone beats the column up taking it apart. The plastic is injected in from the factory, you might be able to melt it back together with a propane torch.
