seat belt bolts

Can anyone with a 1968 Dart 2dr hardtop tell me which seat belt bolt goes where. The bolts have a letter and a number on them. I have four c12, four c11,and one c10. I need another c10 for a total of 10 bolts. What I am asking for is the position of these bolts as they are different sizes and I don't want to put the wrong ones in the wrong position.
 
I have two FSMs for Plymouth cars, one for 1968 and one for 1971. Neither of these references lists any specific bolt locations, only how the multiple layers are to be stacked when installed.

On my '71 Dart GT (2 dr hardtop) with bucket seats:

Front:
C10 x2= front lap belt retractors (mounted to the inside of the sill)
C11 x2= shoulder belt anchors on the hardtop
C12 x2= front seat buckle ends (on the tunnel)

Rear:
C10 x2: outer belts mounted on the sills
C12 x2: inner belts mounted to the floor
