Strange Pilot/ hub size on 8.75 Rear drum brakes

Check Rock Auto for a Centric (mfg) part. A lot of posts on it you can search.
Found a Source for 10” rear drums with 1-3/4” shoe
This drum is for the 10" X 1-3/4" brakes.
