Hate to part with my beloved Dart, but it's getting to be time to do it. 1964 2 door sedan (i.e.: has the B pillar), push button automatic.
It was my daily driver for almost a year. Totally reliable, and comfortable with the new interior.
$12,000.
Here's what's been done:
  • Slant 6 totally rebuilt less than 10K
  • Front discs
  • New carb
  • Electronic ignition
  • New water pump
  • New starter
  • New alternator
  • Re-cored radiator
  • rebuilt steering box
  • Almost all wiring replaced under the hood. New rear wiring harness
  • Halogen headlights
  • 15" cop car wheels (tires less than 10K)
  • New circuit board behind the instruments
  • Modern radio hidden in glove box with bluetooth, new 6x9 rear speakers (Crutchfield house brand). I have still in the box retrosound dual voice 5x7 that will fit in the dash- just not installed yet)
  • New pro-car front buckets (comfortable, adjustable and look passingly original)
  • Rear seat redone
  • New carpet kit (I've been running floor mats over them, so it'll still be pretty for you if don't want floor mats
  • New reproduction door panels, arm rests, package tray, cat whiskers, etc. front and rear.
  • Before the interior was done, firewall through the trunk was cleaned up, sanded and painted with POR-15. The dynamat installed before carpet. Inside roof has lightweight dynamat
I have purchased but not installed headliner, and front/ rear windshield gaskets, along with that speaker to be included.

Issues: Gas gauge works, but sending unit doesn't so that's a to-do. Annnnnd the extrior iOS ready and waiting for your beautification. Personally I prefer the street red look, cause I live near Oakland, CA. Can't have too pretty of a car there.

Will update with more pics soon.

Price?

Jake
I need to edit my post and add more pics as well as price.
I will add theres a new drive shaft, transmission is smooth, all lights and indicators work, rebuilt suspension, and a like clockwork 15 mpg in SF traffic. I also think the exterior patina is pretty bitchin'.
$12K pretty firm.
For a stylish, historic, squared away, very reliable daily driver- one can't buy a Yaris for that.
