One of our customers from up north(THANK YOU!!!!) sent me a bottle of Canada's finest 100% pure maple syrup!!!!

Now I'm "waffling" on what to use it on first.....maybe some good ol' fashioned pancakes, or maybe some French toast, or maybe even some waffles, LOL!

Or I might have to dig up a recipe for maple bars.....hmmmmmm

For it to be an authentic Canadian experience, be sure you are consuming the syrup in an igloo.:canada:
 
That reminds me....I gotta tap the trees after this nor'easter clears out.
 
We bring home several gallons of grade B whenever we stay in Vermont. No comparison to Aunt Jemima or Log Cabin flavored corn syrup
 
My wife and I started going to Vermont about 5 years ago and got hooked on Hidden Springs Syrup at their store in Putney. To those who are unversed in this sweet goodness, here is the short lesson we learned back then about the various grades.
