The Lokar kits are incomplete. I'm thinking of writing a tech article on it. I personally run Lokar but they take additional parts and modifications to make them work correctly. Just an FYI for the OP.

Bear in mind this is installed on a 440 / 727 in my 55, but it should be able to work on any 727 (and 904?) and enging / body configuration. Here is the top end.

From the donor van or truck you need the cable, trans mount bracket and throttle valve (kickdown) arm that both fit the 727 perfectly, and the throttle body bracket.
On the TBI engines the cable goes to the pass side of the throttle body. I cut the bracket and modified it with slotted adjustment holes to bolt to my old throttle cable bracket.
I used a small machine screw and nut on the holley adapter bracket to act as a stud for the cable. You can see my first hole drilled above where it mounts. That hole didnt have enough motion. You have to play with the geometry a bit to get it set right...... but you also have to with a lokar or mechanical linkage if you have a non stock carb and intake.
