I just purchased a 73 Dart Swinger, (pic attached for your viewing pleasure), and I am in need of a few parts. Prefer to deal with Local Maryland (or Va and DC) to avoid shipping hassles and charges.
I need the strip (forgive me but I don't know what its called) that runs from Headlight to headlight bucket just above the front bumper. Mine is missing.
I know its a long shot but I also need to swap out the Rearend and would want to go to the Ford Explorer (with LSD,3.73 or 4.10 gears, and Disc Brakes). previous owner did the front Disc brake conversion which has the BBP but the rears are still SBP with 1" spacers which causes the tires to rub sometimes.
Torsion Bars and Leaf Springs - that will allow me to lower the car about 2" front and about 1" in the rear. Also looking for the 1/2" Leaf spring offset kit - I believe that's what its called.
I am also looking to install SRT seats (got the seats already) and convert the interior to black so I need black door panels and black rear side panels too ohhh and roof panel.
Also considering buying another set of Bumpers so that I can paint them black - I think the car would look great with the Black Bumpers.
I "REALLY" want the Dart hood with the dual vents or the single cowl.
I know it might be a long shot but I also know that people buy parts to do work on their cars and sometimes there are "extra" parts sitting around, so I figured I would try here before I start looking at the Big Vendors.
