The part is in storage down the street so I can't get my hands on it at the moment, but I'm guess 20 pounds and a 12x12x10 box which puts shipping at from $45 to $60 depending. Is that acceptable?

If my size/weight estimates are off I will of course only charge you actually shipping if it comes in lower. Thanks.
If you seperated some of the brackets, nuts, bolts, make more smaller put in two boxes usps offer one price anywhere would be lot cheaper.

I will do whatever is cheapest. I thought about USPS large flat rate which is much cheaper, but the box is 5.25 inches deep and the pump looks thicker. Either way I will get the pump tomorrow and take some measurements, then get back to you. Thanks.

I do a lot of shipping and separate boxes is usually worse unless the items are very heavy and you are tying to stay under a freight weight. If 72Dart6pack is right about it being 10 pounds that is still $37. I reduced the box size to 8x8x12 (looks like it may fit in that) and it is still $37 USPS. If it is 8 even better: It goes down to $31 in one box. In two boxes, even if the pump is 6 pounds by itself, shipping for the pump is $25 and the brackets are $11 or $5 more expensive. Even if 72Dart6pack is right about 8 pounds, once it is in the box with packing, we are still locking at around 10 pounds. Are you willing to pay $37 shipping?
