Factory 11" converter could only be tweek to stall at 3000 rpm. This 9-1/2 converter will stall around 42-4500 rpm. aka better 60 foot times.
Like launching at a higher rpm with a clutch.
Aka if you wanted to launch or stall at 6000 rpm then you would probably need a 8" converter
