Universal Traction Bars install on a Duster....

Traction bars worked for me on my 76 D100. Running stock springs it was terrible off the line. Made a set of traction bars and what a difference. Comes off the line nice a straight, 60 ft are 1.52 at 11.30 so far. Motor is pushing 625HP. So I would say traction bars work, not just for looks.
Now you look at S/S springs. They are made almost like having a traction bar with the leaf springs all mounted forward to control axle wrap just like a traction bar does.

I say it over and over and over again and it doesn't get through. You are exactly right.
 
Thanks! This is how S/S springs work on my Scamp with no traction bars. Now my truck is completely different with stock springs and traction bars, but works the same.
