Toluene Duster -- Kinda

-
Well, we can find out if you want to. I am friends with Robert Landy, Dick's son on Facebook. Talk to him all the time. He is super cool. Might remember something about it. Who knows? Might have been "just stickers" but you never know.
That is true.. I know the original color looks like a metallic rootbeer brown. I'll have to check out the paint code tomorrow. The last owner was a guy that cnc'd vortech superchargers in the mid to late 90's in Cali. I'm thinking it's just stickers though.

I don't know man. That's headin in the DLI direction. They did that kinda stuff and Robert still lives in LA. That would be cool, wouldn't it? I sent him a message with a picture of the car asking if he might possibly remember it. We'll see!

Bitchen man, Thanks!

That first one was a hard lick. Glad she wasn't hurt. You can fix the car!

What I could see in the videos she hit that wall hard.
I also noticed a couple of other cars having issues at the same spot.
Oil on the track?
High spot in the track?
Plus how much air did you have in the tires? That car was loose from the time the tree went green.

Tires still had full pressure since she drove it 80 miles there. I told her to baby it and let off of it kicked out. She decided full send was in order. Manual steering didn't help the correction any. But yes.. just about everyone was having a traction issue in both lanes. The track isn't known for great prep. Told her just before she went, tire pressure wasn't lowered so she needs to be easy. **** happens. Hopefully we can get it up and running again soon.

You can patch it back together pretty easy, plenty of used sheetmetal for these cars.

Yup, there's a little bit of a twist I'll have to fix. Little bit of Macgyvering and it'll be back to street car status
