67 Barracuda front brake drums, Alignments and tires

Look for a Kelsey Hays setup. They work nice and your wheels should bolt right up. Also if you have an 8 3/4 rear, you are good to go.
Reading over another thread, that setup has a bigger hub size than 2 3/8.
"The stock 73+ disks have a hub that’s about 2.6” to 2.7” in diameter"
I'm guessing thats the Kelsey Hays setup you are referring to.

The Kelsey Hays was the OEM front disc setup from 65-72. It is the small 4.00 bolt circle and small hub diameter.

Another thing you could look into is to contact Cass at Doctor Diff. I'm looking at converting over to big bolt pattern and disc brakes up front, but can't afford to do it all right now. He said he can get me a disc brake conversion for the front that has small bolt pattern rotors. Then when I'm ready to change bolt patterns, all I would have to do is swap out the front rotors when I change the rear axles.

My point is that he may have a disc brake rotor with the small bolt pattern you need to do your conversion. He did tell me that the conversion pushes the front wheels out 3/4" on each side, so you'd have to make sure your wheels and tires would still clear.

In my experience,... Cass knows his stuff about our Mopars and should be able to give you good advice!

For me, its the hub size, not the small bolt pattern that's an issue. Dr Diff just sells the rotors with no hubs and that's a problem since one of my hubs is fixed to the drum. Though, from reading here it sounds like its removable.
But, I think I'm bailing on disc's for this year. I really want the car off the lift and on the road. I think that when I go to discs, I'll go big bolt pattern and go all wilwood. Then its a one and done, and replacement parts through them should be available for a long time.

Understandable! For the record, you CAN separate the hub from the drum, at least on my '67. Problem is the lug studs are swaged to capture the drum, so you need to cut the swage off before pressing them out of the hub or you'll ruin the hub. I've heard of people using the right size hole saw, or grinders to get rid of the swaged are on the studs before pressing them out of the hub.

Understand where you are coming from though. That's exactly why I have held off.
