I'm confused. If the insurance company totaled it and paid her for it, it's not her's anymore. It belongs to the insurance company. How can she sell it? That's how it works. I'd get a LOT more information before I laid any money down.

Anyways it's just like 318 has valves that will fly said. What they do is make you an offer or tell you what they'll pay you back for it and then they call the wrecking yard right there in front of you and the wrecking yard says will give you 255 bucks for it or something like that and you can say knock that off of what you're giving me for the truck and keep it. but at that point you have 30 days to take the paperwork down to DMV so they can reissue a totaled title..
