Cloth doesn't stretch like vinyl in most cases and can be more difficult to work with . Heat on cloth is not as helpful as heat on vinyl but still necessary . I've been in the business for over 40 years and I don't get em done as fast I used to , its hard on the joints climbing in and out of cars after many years . He'll get it .

I tore into the parts car with a factory headliner and found the spikes also were not punched outwards to hold the headliner on the C pillars. The factory headliner was glued there and at the top of the APillars from the factory. Spoke to him on the phone today... he bailed but is returning on Friday after hours to finish up. Something about an aunt needing help returning home from a hospital visit. It’s okay- I understand.
