Cell phone booster

Z Boost made some good ones. Comes with a 16" round antenna you mount up as high as you can get outside to grab the signal. TV coaxial cable back into the house to the booster. About 20' around the booster in the house gives the best results. Need to match up the proper one for your type of phone service.

Made the difference of getting service and not getting service back when I had my flip phone, just used for calling phone conversations. Not sure if they will boost enough data for the new smart phones and their internet access . .

Don't use my cell phone booster anymore being I got into a new smart phone and Verizon has been popping up new towers everywhere. So yes, the phone hooks up good now pretty much everywhere I need to go. Also serves as a mobile hotspot to get online with my laptop when I am away from home.

Things have come a long ways in the last few years.

I talked to Battery Boys in Saskatoon about it and they have a few different ones I was interested in for my cabin. The good thing was you could try them for 6 months and if you were not happy they would give you a full refund.

What are the good, the bad and the ugly? I have an I phone 7 if it matters. Thanks. Kim

Are you trying to boost the signal in the house or in general? In the house are you tethering to the WiFi?

At the lake I only get 1 bar and keep dropping calls and can’t phone out half the time. Can’t get on here either most times. Says that I’m not connected to a network or couldn’t find it. Also tells me to turn on wifi. Kim
