It would help to identify your disk brake conversion and the width of the rear axle.
Since neither of those parts is original to your car, we really can’t give you a good recommendation. If you have A-body parts then those wheels should fit, but if you don’t then who knows? Could be an 8 1/4 out of an F body. Or a Dakota. Hard to say without measurements or pictures.
