Valiants have turn signals in the valance, vs, grill on the Barracuda. It's minor, but different.

That's true. I just bought a front valance that came from a 65 Valiant, to go on my 65 Barracuda. I drilled the spot welds for the turn signal brackets on the Valiant panel and removed them. That's the only difference.
 
I have a 65 front that needs work.
