Hey guys I've boosted a few Mopar engines but made log manifolds.
I've seen a few guys reverse the factory manifolds around so they face forward. Can anyone tell me how they successfully joined the pipe to the factory manifolds without leaks. Welding a V-band to cast iron always runs the risk of cracking between the welds and the cast. I was thinking of machining the face flat on the cast and just using a plate to bolt straight up to it. Not sure if this will leak or not. Any help is appreciated cheers.
