1965 Dartcharger from France

Hi everyone from France
First sorry for my English I hope everybody could understand me !
Well I have bought my 65 Dartcharger last year to a guy called Dewey Ambrosino in Los Angeles . He had it since 2013 . She was restored during years until 2013 if I have well understood the history ..
when I have received her in France I have begin a restoration because didn’t knew a lot about her and she really need it!
Well all fluids, filter changed, redone carburator, new shocks front and rear , all new drive train ball join upper lower etc .. new brake cylinder, master cylinder, brakes lines , battery , tires, fuel filter..
well know I can drive it safely but she will need more than that ...
one day I will have to pull out the motor from the engine bay to redone it and change the clutch ..
for this winter she is at the bodyworker shop .. need to replace the rear left fender (lower and around the wheel)
And replace the rear right corner which is really damage ... for this winter that’s all paint will be later when money will be back
Thanks to Ulf Andersson I have found some parts and for now iam trying to redone the Dartcharger badges she lost during time ...
Let’s talk the photos and I will post here when I will have some new informations

Bonsoir! Ulf est l’expert et peut responder a vos questions DartCharger. Je connais un autre membre de Français. Il vit à Valence. Ma femme et moi rencontrerons en juin. Pardon m’y pauvre Français écrit.

I already have the metal sheet but thanks for the website
Nice valence is far away from my home but if your road trip is one day close to Clermont Ferrand let me know and come drink a Beer or something a the home

I shall reply as My English is so much better than my French! I have met Ulf several times here in the US and we will be visiting him and his wife for a few days in June as well as another member (Robert) in Switzerland and Vince in Valence. After leaving Valence we go to Paris to celebrate our 30th anniversary before catching our return flight to the US from Amsterdam. FWIW I have a.65 Dart wagon under conversion to a 2 door sedan delivery!

My father would not be proud, I'll continue in English . I thought you should know it's a Dodge Dart....and I'd like to find one myself

Cool Don it’s a great celebrate anniversary iam arriving too late for make you a stop in my beautiful town but you can search on internet Clermont Ferrand and volcans (puy de dôme, pariou etc etc )
Maybe one day :)

Yes i think it’s a Dodge Dart :) but not sure ;p maybe a Dartcharger is that better ? :) ;)

I see Clermont Ferrand is not that far from Valence or Lyon - it might be possible to stop for a quick visit on the way to Paris. I shall look at the possibilities.

Thanks to a member on FABO I am waiting for the original carburator of my car .. a carter afb 3853S
Need to be redone completely I will try to find someone here in France ...
but the important was to find it ! He is on the « road » to France will post pics when I will received it !
